Swiss lawyer and holder of the Geneva Bar, Antoine has spent most of his career as legal counsel and then general counsel within U.S. and Swiss multinational companies, advising C-suite executives as well as operational staff. More specifically, he has developed during the last 14 years an in-depth experience in company and commercial law, including insurance, and has managed several litigations in front of civil courts and arbitral tribunals in various jurisdictions. 

Antoine is the sole private proprietor of Bespoke Legal.

French lawyer, holder of a doctorate in law and  member of the Paris Bar, Guillaume has been working at the intersection between the public and private sectors for more than fifteen years. He acts in France and on the African continent on behalf of public bodies, private companies, banks, investment companies as well as French and foreign organisations in the context of advisory services (corporate, contractual and regulatory) and pre-litigation, litigation as well as arbitration. Guillaume also has a specific expertise in the energy and natural resources sectors (mining and hydrocarbons) with a focus on Africa.
